Climate Detectives Kids is open from 17 September 2025 until 31 July 2026.
Register your team and share your investigation plan details.
Join us for an online meeting to discover the new ESERO resources and discuss upcoming events during the school year.
Investigate your problem, collect and analyse data, and draw your conclusions.
To help you successfully complete your project, ESERO France and CNES will offer registered teams opportunities to meet with CNES specialists and provide resources and tools to support your research.
Join an online conference organised by ESERO France and CNES. This one-hour web conference, given by a CNES engineer, will focus on the use of satellites to study light pollution. It will be open to all young people from middle school to high school.
Join us in December 2025 for a webinar with an ESA expert!
More information will be announced soon!
To start the year off right, take part in our online challenge by completing activities that will help you discover how satellites are used to study our planet, and try to win the “jury's choice” prize.
Submit and share your project and conclusions.
The platform closes for submissions on 06 April 2026.
To celebrate the end of the year and congratulate you for your participation, join us for our annual closing event in Toulouse, including conferences given by CNES specialists and activities related to climate change.
Teams selected by the National Organisers will be invited, in person, to the Climate Detectives Summit in ESRIN, Italy in May 2026, to celebrate their team's success and partake in fascinating activities.
