Climate Detectives Kids Challenge: "Study the impact of climate change on the oceans through three small Climates Detectives activities".

Online Conference given by a CNES expert on Earth observation from space on the 10th of October 2024.

Submission deadline investigation plan.

27/11/2024 and 11/12/2024
Online Teacher Training

Online training for teachers to discover tools developed by CNES and/or ESA, giving access to satellite Earth observation data.

Intermediate phase
Phase 2

Investigate your problem, collect and analyse data, and draw your conclusions.

14/03/2025
Selection of the "Coup de Coeur" prize

Teams will be selected to represent France at the Learning and Celebration Event 2025.

Closes for submissions 04/04/2025
Phase 3

Submit and share your project and conclusions.

Learning and Celebration Event May 2025
Final Event

Teams selected by the National Organisers will be invited for the Learning and Celebration Event 12-13th of May 2025 at ESRIN, Frascati, Italy.

Closing Event June 2025
Closing Event

Teams selected by the National Organisers will be invited for the Closing Event 05-06th of June 2025 in Toulouse.
