Meet the teams

To help you successfully complete your project, ESERO France and CNES will offer registered teams opportunities to meet with CNES specialists and provide resources and tools to support your research.

Online conference

Join an online conference organised by ESERO France and CNES. This one-hour web conference, given by a CNES engineer, will focus on the use of satellites to study light pollution. It will be open to all young people from middle school to high school.

'Observe the Earth' Challenge

To start the year off right, take part in our online challenge by completing activities that will help you discover how satellites are used to study our planet, and try to win the “jury's choice” prize.

National Closing Event

To celebrate the end of the year and congratulate you for your participation, join us for our annual closing event in Toulouse, including conferences given by CNES specialists and activities related to climate change.

Climate Detectives Summit

Teams selected by the National Organisers will be invited, in person, to the Climate Detectives Summit in ESRIN, Italy in May 2026, to celebrate their team's success and partake in fascinating activities.
