Air and water quality of Clonmel

Research question

How factory emissions and traffic congestion affect the air and water quality of Clonmel

Identify the local environmental/climate problem you want to investigate

Clonmel is a town that consists of many factories that emit emissions into the air. Clonmel also suffers with traffic congestion especially during rush hour. We want to investigate how these emissions that are being emitted into the air affect our air quality and our water quality.

Describe how you plan to investigate the problem identified and which data you plan to analyse.

We plan to look at the water quality in the River Suir. We also plan to look at satellite imagery and compare rush hour in Clonmel to quieter times. We plan to research what kind of emissions are being emitted into the air from factories in Clonmel also.
