Travel information: You are requested to arrive on Monday 12 May at your assigned hotel no later than 15:00. You will need to take your own local transportation means from the airport/train station to the hotel. Please indicate (as completely as possible) how you will travel and when you expect to arrive at the airport and/or at the first meeting point in Frascati. We recommend that your return flight on 14 May does not depart earlier than 13:00 from FCO airport if you wish for us to provide transport to Frascati train station.

The first meeting point will be Villa Tuscolana tai Villa Mercede in Frascati. You will be informed some days before the trip in which hotel you and your team will stay.

Our team will arrive at Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport on Monday, May 12th, at 11:00. We expect to arrive at the hotel in Frascati around 14:30. Our return flight is scheduled for 15:00 on Wednesday, May 14th, from Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport.

I confirm that for each individual team member I will collect the signed Image Consent Forms and upload them no later than 16 April 2025 (you will receive the link to upload the documents in the confirmation email). For minors attached here and for adults attached here.

I confirm that I will collect and submit the receipts/proof of payments that are admissible for travel reimbursement for all my team members, and that I will receive and distribute the reimbursed amount.
